Lee – an American clothing company, mainly producing jeans. The company was founded in 1889 by Henry Lee in Kansas City, Missouri. In the 1970s and 1980s, it was one of the largest jeans manufacturers in the USA. During this period, the company expanded its operations to Europe and Asia. In 2001, the company was acquired by VF Corporation.
